The Biodynamic Cranial Approach, also known as Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, evolved from the field of Osteopathy. It recognizes every person as a unified whole — body, mind, and spirit — whose life story is held within their physical and energetic being.

Throughout life, experiences of pain, trauma, or emotional distress can create subtle blockages that disrupt the natural flow of health within the body. Practitioners trained in this approach use gentle, precise touch to listen to the body’s inherent rhythms, helping to restore balance, harmony, and vitality.

Rather than focusing on disease, this is a health-centered model that supports the body’s innate wisdom and self-healing capacity.

Change is the one constant we all share, especially during illness and at life’s end. From a Biodynamic Osteopathic perspective, Health is never absent — it continues to move and express itself, even in the final stages of life.

Through quiet presence and touch, the practitioner supports this living movement of Health, allowing the individual to surrender peacefully to change. This process becomes an act of Grace, transforming dying itself into a sacred act of healing.

Where conventional medicine sees health as purely physiological, this work views it as a reflection of one’s relationship to spirit, allowing the end-of-life journey to unfold with dignity, comfort, and peace.

Dr. Andrew Taylor Still is known as the founder, or as I like to call him, the “Revealer,” of Osteopathy.

A physician and deeply spiritual man, Dr. Still sought truth and healing after the loss of several family members to meningitis. Through profound insight and prayer, he came to see the human body as “God’s drugstore,” created with the wisdom necessary for peace, happiness, and health.

On June 22, 1874, he experienced a revelatory vision that birthed the science of Osteopathy — a sacred union of philosophy, nature, and hands-on healing that honors the Spirit, Soul, and Body as one.

This approach may be especially helpful for individuals experiencing:

  • Serious or terminal illness, including those in palliative or hospice care
  • Emotional or psychological stress that manifests physically
  • A sense of inner suffering or spiritual distress
  • The lingering effects of shock or trauma — physical, emotional, or psychological

The goal of a Biodynamic Cranial session is to bring the body to a neutral state — where the nervous system finds balance and the individual experiences unity and harmony.

When freed from tension and restriction, the body’s natural healing forces can emerge, allowing body, soul, and spirit to align in peace.

Sessions are conducted fully clothed in a calm, quiet setting. You may feel a light to medium touch on various areas of your body, such as your head, shoulders, or feet. Movements are slow and intentional — you may notice subtle shifts or waves of release, or simply a deep sense of stillness.

At times, a gentle vibrating instrument tuned to harmonic frequencies may be used to support relaxation and release. The experience is never painful, and many describe it as profoundly peaceful.

No, I do not accept insurance or complete insurance paperwork. Payment for sessions is made directly at the time of service
