Client Forms

Before beginning treatment, all clients are asked to review and sign the Disclosure and Consent Form. This ensures a clear understanding of the nature of my work and provides the opportunity to communicate any personal preferences or areas of sensitivity. 

By signing the Disclosure and Consent Form, clients acknowledge their understanding and provide consent for hands-on treatment. This contact may include areas such as the head, neck, back, chest wall, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities.

A Fulford Percussion Device—a gentle vibratory tool—may occasionally be used to assist tissue release. 

Please note: high-velocity or “cracking” techniques are not part of this therapy. 

Clients may also indicate on the provided diagram any areas of the body where they do not wish to receive touch or vibration. 

While I hold advanced training and experience in conventional allopathic and osteopathic medicine, my current practice is non-medical in nature. I do not function as an allopathic or osteopathic physician, nor as a primary care provider.

My work focuses on supporting the body’s natural capacity for healing and balance through a hands-on approach that integrates principles of Biodynamic Osteopathy, massage therapy, and natural medicine.

I am a licensed and nationally board-certified massage and bodywork practitioner, and I hold board certification as a Doctor of Natural Medicine through the American Naturopathic Medical Examination Board, as well as a PhD in Religion and Health Sciences.

The title “Doctor” as used here refers specifically to those credentials, not to a conventional medical license. My healing philosophy is grounded in Soul–Body integration and the spiritual principle of Grace, which are foundational to the Biodynamic Cranial Approach I practice.
