Explore how Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy helps restore balance and harmony within the body. Through quiet, attentive touch, this practice supports your natural rhythms of healing and deep inner stillness.
I offer a very gentle, hands-on form of natural manual medicine known as Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST). Rooted in Osteopathy and informed by my background in anesthesiology, pain medicine, and ordained ministry, this approach supports the integration of body and soul and the body’s innate capacity to heal.
This work may help to:
• Calm inner distress and restlessness
• Relieve feelings of anxiety, confusion, and overwhelm
• Ease certain types of pain and other disease-related symptoms
• Support adjustment to ongoing changes in chronic or progressive illness
• Provide comfort for those in palliative, hospice, and end-of-life care
My intention is to offer a quiet, respectful space where you can experience relief, clarity, and a deeper sense of well-being.

Sacred Touch for Healing, Inner Peace, and End-of-Life Care

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that supports the body’s natural ability to heal by recognizing the deep integration of body and soul.
Rather than focusing on fixing isolated areas of discomfort, BCST takes a whole-person view. The practitioner listens for and supports the natural forces of health already present within the body, allowing them to find new balance and organization.
Rooted in Osteopathy, BCST was shaped by the pioneering work of Dr. Andrew Taylor Still and Dr. William Sutherland, who explored how subtle movements within the body reflect its underlying health and vitality.
Dr. Still wrote, “The soul of man, with all the streams of pure living water, seems to dwell in the fascia of his body.” In Osteopathic thought, fascia is not only a connective tissue but also a vessel for life and spirit—a place where the body and soul are joined.
Through this understanding, touch in BCST becomes more than a physical act; it becomes a dialogue with the body’s innate intelligence, inviting restoration, harmony, and peace at every level of being.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy may help with:
• Calming inner restlessness and vague or specific inner distress
• Relieving anxiety and confusion
• Easing pain and other disease-related symptoms
• Supporting recovery from physical, emotional, and spiritual trauma
• Helping those in palliative care adjust to ongoing disease changes
• Easing the transition during hospice and end-of-life care
