After years in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, much of that time devoted to cancer and hospice care, I felt drawn back to the foundations of my Osteopathic and Natural Medicine training. That calling eventually led me to establish an exclusively hands-on practice in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, that is distinctly Osteopathically informed.
This approach honors the intrinsic unity of body and soul and resonates naturally with my personal spiritual vocation, while remaining fully grounded within a non-religious, client-centered therapeutic setting. It supports the body’s innate capacity to restore balance and well-being through gentle, mindful touch.
Every system of care rests on a guiding philosophy. Conventional medicine, or allopathy, focuses on opposing disease symptoms through medications or procedures - an approach invaluable in trauma and critical illness, yet one that seldom addresses underlying contributors. My clinical experience prompted exploration of gentler, more integrative models such as functional medicine, naturopathy, homeopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and acupuncture, each honoring the body’s inherent wisdom to heal.
Seeking a deeper understanding of pain, suffering, and the human experience, I advanced my Osteopathic training at the Osteopathic College of Ontario and pursued additional study in the Biodynamic approach. My interests also led me beyond medicine into pastoral counseling, Christian spirituality, and interfaith studies, ultimately culminating in ordination within the Orthodox Christian Church.
Through Soul Body Medicine, I offer a path for those seeking relief from pain and distress, complementary support alongside conventional care, or comfort at the end of life. My commitment is to provide a safe, respectful, and confidential environment where healing, understanding, and peace can emerge naturally.
